HIGH PROTEIN CHEESECAKE - CALORIES: 205 / P:20.1g F:4.3g C:17.5g
MAKES 3 SERVES
INGREDIENTS:
200g - High Protein Cottage Cheese (Bulla)
250g - Chobani Greek Natural Light Yogurt
100g - Whole Eggs
30g - Corn Flour
60g - Maple Syrup (I used Queen Sugar Free)
15g - Vanilla Bean Paste (Queens)
METHOD:
Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Either line one big baking dish or 3 small glass dishes with baking paper.
Place cottage cheese, yogurt, eggs corn flour, maple syrup and vanilla bean paste into a blender.
Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into prepared dish or evenly divide (approx 200g) into the 3 dishes. Optional - stir in fresh blueberries and bake or add fresh fruit and seasonings when you are ready to eat them.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the centre is set. Cool, then refrigerate for at lease 2 hours before slicing and serving.
