Cookie Dough Snack Balls
These cookie dough balls taste like dessert but work like real food.
No baking. No complicated steps. Just mix, roll, done.
What you need:
• 200g Mayvers peanut butter
• 90g Raw honey
• 100g Vanilla WPI protein powder
• 30g Mayvers powdered peanut butter
• 75g Dark choc chips (I used Noshu, but Pana Organic works great too)
• 15-20g Desiccated coconut for rolling
How to make them: Mix everything except the coconut in a bowl. If it's too dry, add a splash of water. Roll into balls, coat in coconut. Done.
This makes 16 balls at about 32g each.
