BANANA NICE CREAM - CALORIES: 404 / P:8.1g F:18.6g C:52.6g

INGREDIENTS:

• 150g - Frozen Bananas

• 20g - Peanut Butter (Mayvers)

• 30g - Nestle Dark Chocolate Bits

METHOD:

Using a high speed blender or thermomix, add all ingredients and blend until smooth like icecream.

Optional - Blend just the bananas and peanut butter and add the chunks of chocolate on top
