Easy Vegan Slice

Ingredients

150g Soy Protein Crisps

24 squares Pana Organic Mylk Baking chocolate, melted (2 packets)

20g Chia Seeds

Method

  1. Line a small slice tin with baking paper.

  2. Melt the chocolate until smooth.

  3. In a large bowl, mix soy protein crisps and chia seeds.

  4. Pour over melted chocolate and stir until evenly coated.

  5. Press firmly into the lined tin.

  6. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours until set.

  7. Slice into 8 pieces and store in the fridge.
